Specialist coatings and value-adding services, including thermal and heat-reflective coatings, fire-retardant and intumescent coatings, graffiti removal, and graffiti monitoring and maintenance programs.

Specialist services

More ways to decorate, protect and enhance.

Alongside traditional painting, PRIDE offers premium wallcoverings, specialist protective coatings and graffiti management solutions tailored to the property and the job.

Luxury Wallpapering

Feature walls, premium wallcoverings and patterned wallpapers, professionally prepared, aligned and installed for a refined finish.

Thermal & Heat-Reflective Coatings

Specialist roof and exterior coating options, including Thermoshield-type systems, selected to suit the surface and product specifications.

Fire-Retardant Coatings

Specialist coatings designed to help slow the spread of flames and reduce the effects of fire, depending on the product, surface and application requirements.

Graffiti Removal & Protective Coatings

Professional graffiti removal, protective anti-graffiti coating systems, and ongoing graffiti monitoring and maintenance programs to help keep properties clean, protected and presentable.

Specialist coatings are subject to product suitability, manufacturer requirements and any applicable certification or project specifications. Fire-protection performance or compliance is not claimed unless supported by the specified, verified system.

How We Work

Clear from the first conversation.

We want you to understand what is proposed, what it will cost, which contract applies and when payment is required before work begins.

1. Tell us about the jobInitial consultation and standard quotations are free. A useful description of the proposed work and clear photos, where possible, help us understand the job before arranging a site visit.
2. We assess what is neededFor straightforward work we can move into inspection and quotation. If the issue needs detailed investigation, diagnostic assessment, product research, testing or technical advice beyond a normal quote, we will tell you first.
3. Investigation when requiredApproved investigation or consultancy work is charged at $120 per hour, plus agreed travel costs where applicable. No investigation fee is incurred without your prior agreement.
4. Written scope and quotationYour proposal sets out the work, exclusions or assumptions, products or coating systems where known, price and expected project arrangements so both parties know what is included.
5. The right contractBefore engagement we identify the contract documentation appropriate to the project. Domestic building work is documented in accordance with applicable Queensland/QBCC requirements; commercial work uses appropriate commercial terms or agreed client contract documentation.
6. Sign before we startThe applicable contract, scope and terms must be accepted and returned electronically before work commences. Any required deposit or other pre-start documentation must also be completed.
Contracts & Payment

No surprises about payment.

Payment arrangements are agreed before work begins. Short-duration work will generally be invoiced at completion. Longer projects may include lawful deposits and progress payments, with the stages or intervals stated in the contract.

Unless different terms are agreed in writing, PRIDE invoices are due within 24 hours of issue. We do not automatically provide 7-day, 14-day or 30-day account terms.

Domestic workThe appropriate Queensland/QBCC contract pathway is identified according to the type and value of the work. Required information and documentation are provided before commencement.
Commercial workDirect commercial projects use appropriate commercial contract terms. Where a corporate client or head contractor supplies its own agreement or purchase terms, these must be reviewed and agreed before engagement.
Progress paymentsFor longer projects, the contract may provide for staged or fortnightly progress claims based on work completed and applicable materials. The payment arrangement is set out before work starts.
Products & coatingsProducts and coating systems are applied in accordance with relevant manufacturer requirements. Product warranties and expected service life remain subject to manufacturer conditions, the substrate, environment and maintenance, together with rights that apply by law.
